While studying business administration at the University of Innsbruck, Ottokar Kelz worked for Siemens Germany in various business fields.
After completing his studies, he began his professional career at Siemens Austria as commercial business unit manager in the ropeway sector.
This was followed by many years in bank sales at Raiffeisen and BTV 4Länder Bank in Austria and Germany. Among other things, he accompanied the development of a new sales region in this function.
After this, Kelz worked as a management consultant specialising in strategy, organisation, controlling and financial management. In this function, he supported the management of numerous companies in the planning and implementation of change processes and the reorientation of organizational structures and processes. A master’s degree in restructuring and reorganization and an apprenticeship as an accountant complement his professional qualifications.
In 2014, he moved to the Curator Holding group of companies, where Ottokar Kelz is responsible for finance and controlling.
